An outrageous third quarter

After scoring 33 points in the first half, the Mavericks racked up 32 in the third quarter to turn an 11-point deficit into a 65-58 going into the fourth period.

J.J. Barea, Dirk Nowitzki and Erick Dampier led the way as the Mavericks hit 12 of their first 16 shots in the third quarter.

The Blazers are losing the war of attrition, with only nine available players.
