Mayor Tom Leppert has proposed that Southwest Airlines Co-Founder Herb Kelleher have a namesake road in Dallas.The proposal is for a portion of Cedar Springs Road at the entrance to Dallas Love Field Airport to be named Herb Kelleher Way.
